This describes what SunoTranslate (the "Service"), operated by Wee Hours Studio, collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your actual password).
• Usage data: mood descriptions you submit and the AI-generated Style-pane text, stored to your account so generations can be reviewed or troubleshot.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only that a purchase happened and which pack.

How we use it

To operate your account, process credit purchases, generate prompts (your mood text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the polished Style-pane paragraph), and troubleshoot issues.

Third parties

We share data with two processors as needed to run the Service: Anthropic (receives your mood description and the musical facts you set, to generate the Style-pane text) and Stripe (handles payment). We don't sell your data.

Data retention

Account and generation data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. As with any online service, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the current version.
